Early morning, right on the seafront with the pier jutting out into the sea, I painted a six-metre painting. Just me, the sea, the rising sun, the colours and my inner state.
The six-metre painting reflects the Medusa / series motifs, with abstract, bold strokes. Such personal projects and ideas encourages you to keep creatingto get out of your comfort zone in your home studio in Vilnius. It's good here, but I want to expand.
The main theme of the latest series of paintings, which is expanding and receiving more and more appreciation from the global art market Jellyfish and ocean depth. Jellyfish need as much depth as possible to survive. Conscious man also needs depth - a return to his origins, to nature, to his essence. It's all connected.
